Bounsea is an outdoor inflatable open mainly during the summer months. On sunny days, the castle can get hot, so we recommend wearing socks, staying hydrated, and applying sunscreen. If temperatures become too high, we may pause sessions for safety reasons until conditions improve.

General photography and video recording are not allowed, but you are permitted to take discreet photos of your own children and family.

A limited number of general tickets are available on-site, but to guarantee your spot, we highly recommend booking online in advance.

All tickets are non-refundable; however, you can reschedule your booking up to 2 hours before your session/event starts. It is the visitor’s responsibility to check the weather and decide if conditions are suitable for participation.

You can still enter during your session, but you will not be able to extend your time once the session ends. If there is availability in the next session, and only at the discretion of the manager on duty, you may be allowed to relax in the park and return for the next available session.
